14-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason (EU consumer law). To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Late delivery promise

If your package is in transit for more than 20 days, we will refund you in full - no questions asked.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Order cancellation

You can cancel free of charge as long as the order has not been shipped (usually within 12 hours of ordering). Contact us as soon as possible.
