This website and the CocoSmooth™ store are operated by Bizcomm Group LLC ("CocoSmooth", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

2. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CocoSmooth™ website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Bizcomm Group LLC and confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Product & safe use

CocoSmooth™ is a cosmetic depilatory cream for external use on body areas only — legs, arms, chest, back and underarms. Never use it on the face, head or intimate areas.

By purchasing and using the product, you agree to follow the usage instructions at all times:

• Perform a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before first use.
• Follow the instructions on the packaging exactly.
• Never leave the cream on the skin for longer than 10 minutes.
• Do not apply the cream to broken, irritated or sunburned skin.
• Discontinue use immediately if redness, burning or irritation occurs, and rinse the area with lukewarm water.

CocoSmooth™ is a cosmetic product, not a medical product. Results vary between individuals depending on hair type, thickness and skin characteristics.

4. Orders & payment

All prices on this site are stated in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed through secure card processing powered by Stripe, acting as payment processor for Bizcomm Group LLC; we never see or store your full card details. The charge on your card statement will appear in the name of our store or company. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud or obvious pricing errors. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund of anything you have paid.

5. Pricing & quantity discounts

Our standard pricing is:

• 1 pcs — $49.00
• 2 pcs — 10% off, $88.20 total ($44.10 per pcs)
• 3 or more pcs — 15% off ($124.95 for 3 pcs, $41.65 per pcs)

Shipping is free on all orders. Quantity discounts apply automatically in the cart — no discount code is needed.

6. Shipping

Every order ships free with full tracking. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 8–15 days to the US and Europe. Your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & refunds

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your order arrives. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you. And if your package is in transit for more than 20 days, we refund you in full. For conditions and instructions, see our Refund Policy.

8. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, prices and other content on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all content is free of errors at all times. All content on this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. If you have a skin condition or concerns about using a depilatory cream, consult a doctor before use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos and the CocoSmooth™ name and branding — is the property of Bizcomm Group LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of it for commercial use without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from use of the product contrary to the instructions — including skipping the patch test, exceeding the maximum application time, or applying the cream to areas it is not intended for. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or replaces any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including rights under EU consumer law. Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory legal provision that applies to you, that provision prevails.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States — the seller's state of establishment — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
