Free shipping on every order

Every CocoSmooth™ order ships free with full tracking — no minimum order value, no hidden shipping fees at checkout. Whether you order one jar or three, shipping is on us.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 8–15 days to the United States and Europe, with full tracking from dispatch to your door. Delivery times can occasionally vary due to carrier volume or customs processing, but the large majority of orders arrive within this window.

Tracking

You will receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipment. You can use it to follow your package at every step of its journey. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Late delivery promise

We stand behind our delivery times. If your package is in transit for more than 20 days, we refund you in full — no questions asked. Just reach out with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Customs & import

Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center. In rare cases, local import fees or duties may apply depending on your country's rules. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
